Casian King Food Truck review

Pretty tasty cajun + asian food! I ventured out and tried Casian King today at the Asian festival. The lines were long and the weather was hot. That didn't stop me from trying some unique fusion food. I think my favorite was the lobster fries. Full of flavor and topped generously with fresh lobster, sauce and kimchi. I also ordered the shrimp scampi with rice and a fried egg. The shrimp were good but my only complaint is that all the flavor was on the shell of the fried shrimp. I don't eat shells or tails, so all the flavor was plucked away. My dish was not topped with the crunchy garlic sauce as pictured by other reviewers. Not sure why? Maybe they got really busy with the orders and forgot to top mine. Most of the garlic butter sauce in my dish was in the bottom of the bowl mixed with the lettuce. All in all the meal was good but quite messy to eat. Will stick with the fusion fries. They were great.
